Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 250 gmbhindi
  2. 1/2 tea spoonkalonji(kala Jeera bhi boltey hey)
  3. 1 table spoonbesan
  4. 1/2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tea spoonJeera powder
  7. 1 tea spoondhaniya powder
  8. 2Green chillies chopped
  9. 1 1/2 tea spoonfennel seeds
  10. 1 tea spoonAmchur powder
  11. 1/4 tbspoil
  12. 1 tea spoonGaram masala powder
  13. 1/2 tea spoonHaldi powder
  14. 1/2 teaspoonJeera seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the bhindi

    Then give the long cut in middle of the bhindi

  3. 3

    In a bowl put besan and all the masala and some oil to mix it well and all the masala

  4. 4

    Then put the masala in the middle of the bhindi with the pressure of your thumb

  5. 5

    Heat the oil in a pan put Jeera kalonji green chilli fennel seeds

  6. 6

    Then add all the bhindi very slowly and saute it for 1mints

  7. 7

    Then flip it again and cover it with lid and saute it for 1mints

  8. 8

    Put the in low flame

  9. 9

    When it comes soft

  10. 10

    Serve it with roti or pratha or puri
