  1. 2eggs
  2. 1fresh tomatoes
  3. 1fresh pepper
  4. 1/3onion bulb
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1 tbspcanola oil

    Wash and dice onion, tomatoes and pepper in tiny bit and set aside

  2. 2

    Break eggs into a bowl and add salt and the diced veggies and whisk together

  3. 3

    Heat up frying pan, add canola oil once it getting hot pour eggs allow it cake abit then scramble the eggs and serve once done with bread for breakfast
