Cooking Instructions

In a pressure cooker add patoto, cauliflower, capsicum, carrot and cabbage And green peas.

Add 1/4 cup water and salt and cook till 4 to 6 pressures or until vegetables cooked.

When done remove from heat, open the lid and drain all vegetables in colander.

Let it cool, then mash it with potato masher.

Now heat butter in pan, saute chopped onion till transparent.

Saute ginger garlic paste for few seconds.

Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till soften.

Add all spices, red chilli powder and salt, cook on high flame for few minutes.

Add mashed vegetables, 1/4 cup water and again cook on high flame till 1 minute. Or until water dries out.

Sprinkle pav bhaji masala, cook for few seconds and switch off the flame.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Apply butter on paav and lightly roast it.
- 13
Serve with chopped onion.
