Cooking Instructions

Rinse the ukwa

Boil in a pressure for 1 hour with enough water
- 3
Wash the snails with alum and boil.
- 4
Blend the fresh pepper,bleach palmoil and fry it then put the snails to fry for few mins
- 5
Sieve the water from the ukwa and serve both together with the peppered snail.
