Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 2table spoons oysters sauce
  2. 2caps of white wine
  3. 10 pieceswhite mushrooms
  4. 1big clove of garlic crushed
  5. Small ginger crushed
  6. Big shrimps
  7. 1 Packetchicken filets diced
  8. 2 tspCajun spices
  9. 5 piecesasparagus cut in twos
  10. 5 piecesbig carrots diced
  11. 3table of vegetable oil
  12. 1big red capsicum diced
  13. 1big yellow capsicum diced
  14. 2 tspcorn starch dissolved in water thick like pap
  15. I big bulb of white onions
  16. 1 cupclean water depends on quantity or thickness you want
  17. 1/2 tspsea salt
  18. 1 handfulfresh spinach to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Get a clean pot on the fire

  2. 2

    Put the oil and allow to heat a little

  3. 3

    Stir fry the diced chicken filets and shrimps until a little tender remove from heat and set aside

  4. 4

    Add a little oil on the same pot again,add the diced onions,crushed garlic and ginger and stir fry until a little brown

  5. 5

    Add the cup of water and allow to shimmer a bit

  6. 6

    Add the chicken filets and shrimp

  7. 7

    Add the mushrooms and asparagus,oysters sauce,white wine

  8. 8

    Add the Cajun spices and corn starch stir and feel the taste before adding the sea salt

  9. 9

    Add the remaining ingredients and cover to cook for 3 minuets

  10. 10

    Add the spinach stir and remove from heat

  11. 11

    Serve while it’s still very hot

  12. 12

    I sip mine alone just like pepper soup
