Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsdiced tomato
  2. 3 cupspalm oil
  3. 1 cupblended unripe tatashe
  4. 1/2 cupscotch bonnet pepper
  5. 1/2 cupiru
  6. 1/2 kgcow leg
  7. 2 piecesmaggi stock pot
  8. 1pair of knorr cube
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2medium bulb of onions

Cooking Instructions

    Season the cow leg and boil till tender

    In another pot, pour your oil and allow to heat up a little, pour in your onions and iru, let them fry a little

  3. 3

    Put in the tatashe and pepper, let them boil well then pour in the chopped tomato and cowleg

  4. 4

    Put in your seasoning, taste for salt then Keep stiring till it is dry,

  5. 5

    Pour in the little stock from the cowleg, check for salt then allow to simmer abit befor turning off the heat.
