Ingredients

  1. Spinach
  2. Scotch bonnet's
  3. Onions
  4. Seasonings and spices
  5. Eggs
  6. Red pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut, wash and put the spinach in a colander.

  2. 2

    Dice the peppers, and sliced the onions.

  3. 3

    Break the eggs in a bowl add all the ingredients and whisk.

  4. 4

    In a pan add a little oil and pour the mixture, fry by flipping the other sides, serve with fried yam, or fried potatoes.
