Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2eggs
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  4. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  5. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Separate eggs. Beat whites until stiff. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Beat yolks until fluffy. Add milk and mix well. Add brown sugar, oil, flour, baking powder, & salt. Mix well until blended. Fold in egg whites.

  3. 3

    Bake in waffle iron until done.
