Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgOkro
  2. 2 cupsPeriwrinkle
  3. Salt
  4. 1big Stock Fish
  5. 1 cupRed oil
  6. 1 cupCrayfish
  7. 2 cubesStock

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut okro.boil stockfish spicing with salt and onion.

  2. 2

    Pour in water and red oil in the boiled stockfish boil it till ilthe redoil is not longer floating on top.

  3. 3

    Pound crayfish and fresh pepper and add to it.salt and maggi seasoning is next.

  4. 4

    Remove the heads from the peri wrinkle carefully and rinse pour in and stir then bring down.
