Ingredients

  1. 8 kgUgba
  2. 1/2 kgGarden egg
  3. PinchPotash
  4. 7cksp Red oil
  5. 6Onion
  6. 4 cubesMaggi
  7. 2 teaspoonCameroun pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rinse the ugba and put in the sieve to drain the water.

  2. 2

    Dissolve potash in water drain the water and pour in a clean pot,pour in redoil as well and stir to make a yellow paste.

  3. 3

    Season with maggi cubes,salt,cameroun pepper,onion then pour in the ugba and turn and taste to know the ingredients is ok.

    Cut the garden eggs divide into two and pour in one in the ugba.

  5. 5

    After serving the ugba garnish the garden egg on top it and enjoy.
