Braised Pork Ribs in Peanut Butter Sauce
This recipe also was inspired to me from one of Sachie ‘s recipe. She used just soy sauce and honey, but as I loved peanuts, I added them to the recipe. I also like a little tartness in my ribs so I added vinegar. I found that the one- hour and 20 minutes cooking was perfect for the consistency of the meat. But next time, I will definitely get ribs with little more fat and a little less meaty than the ones I got this time.

Pork Belly, Chinese Chives, and Bean Sprouts with Sauce
When I stir-fry bean sprouts, they always release a lot of moisture, which is why I thought it'd be a good idea to thicken it. I added some flavor and katakuriko to make a thick sauce.Since the katakuriko will sink to the bottom of the ○ ingredients, make sure to mix it up again before you add it to the frying pan. Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork
#mycookbookI am a porridge ‘super’ big fan since I was a kid. My mom always cooked me plain porridge with different kinds of side dishes at least 2-3 times a month. This Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork is one of the ‘must’ menus every time she made porridge. It doesn’t use a lot of various ingredients but it’s very flavorful 😋😋😋 If you like my recipes, please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary for the Indonesian recipes or @jenscookdineandtravel for the English recipes 🙏🏻😊😘

Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Pork with Fish Sauce
Whenever it's really hot, I don't feel like cooking, so I thought up a recipe I could make in a jiffy to re-energize my body.I had a lot of fish sauce left over, so I used it to flavor this. The exotic fragrance encourages your appetite. The key is to stir fry the pork until it's crispy and slightly browned! To enjoy the crispy texture of the bean sprouts, stir fry it quickly over high heat. As time passes moisture starts to come out of bean sprouts, so I recommend eating this right away.I like to add a lot of black pepper at the end. For 2 servings. Recipe by yaburie

Suan Ni Bai Rou (Boiled Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce)
Suan Ni Bai Rou can be translated loosely as "white meat with grated garlic"; suan ni means grated garlic and bai rou is white meat. Don't be fooled by how complex and fancy this dish is usually presented. It's actually very simple to make. The key is to boil the pork with rice wine, ginger, and star anise until tender and juicy with no porky smell. The main ingredient is pork belly, and served with a few veggie options such as cucumber and tomato. The choice of meat cut for the sliced pork with garlic sauce is usually pork belly. If you want to use something leaner, you can use pork shoulder. However, keep in mind that the meat texture will be firmer after being boiled than the pork belly. With the pork belly, you can even slice off the skin before boiling if you don't like it. I found that the skin adds texture to the meat.Youtube video: https://youtu.be/z1anMjuuhlE

Chinese Cabbage & Bok Choy Salted Pork Belly in Sauce
Back when I was really into salty sauces, I made this using everything I had at home. The vegetables will become tough if you overcook them, so if you think they could be cooked just a bit more, that's a good place to stop the heat. You use the water-dissolved starch to add thickness to the water that's come out from the vegetables. So I think it's okay to only use a little water-dissolved starch. Recipe by chima@.

Simmered Tofu and Pork With Oyster Sauce
I tried using umami-rich oyster sauce to flavor a dish with everyday ingredients.Firm tofu will stay intact, and silken tofu will fall apart a bit and be nice and soft. Use whichever you prefer.By mixing the pork with katakuriko potato starch flour and vegetable oil, it will become nice and tender. Also the sauce will be thickened by the starch flour on the pork.If you add a bit of doubanjiang spicy bean sauce, it will become a spicy dish. For 4-5 servings. Recipe by Junchan

Pork Belly in Oyster Sauce
I came up with this recipe because I wanted to use oyster sauce. There's nothing to it really. It's an easy dish which anyone can make! I recommend you serve with shredded cabbage. Recipe by satomimimi

Thinly Sliced Pork & Mango Sauce with Rice
I usually make a lot like when I'm making hayashi rice, and then eat it the next day too.-I used thinly sliced shoulder roast this time.-Step 8: Be careful not to let it simmer for too long.-Step 9: If the saltiness is just right, then just season with pepper.-There will be less liquid in the leftovers, so it's better to heat it up in the microwave than on the stove.
