Ingredients

  1. 10fish fillet
  2. 3 tbspOf corn flour
  3. Salt
  4. 1 bottle (200 g)Sambal Sauce
  5. 1 tspOf sugar
  6. 1 tbspOf soy sauce
  7. 2small kalamansi juice or a lime juice
  8. 3onion

Cooking Instructions

    Season fish fillet with salt then coat with some corn flour then deep fry and set aside

  2. 2

    With 1 tbsp Of oil sauté the onion then add in the Sambal sauce and mix well then season with sugar and soy sauce and simmer for 1 minute

  3. 3

    Add in the kalamansi juice or lime juice and add in the fresh pineapple and mix well then off heat

  4. 4

    Serve on TOP of the fried fish fillet and enjoy
