Ingredients

  1. 1 kgBeef
  2. Stockfish
  3. Dryfish
  4. 1 Cupdry Shrimp
  5. 1 TbsCrayfish
  6. 2Big onions(sliced)
  7. 1 TbsDry Pepper
  8. 1 BunchBitter leaf(washed)
  9. 1 BunchScent leaf
  10. 1small Bunch Ugwu
  11. 1Small Bunch Uziza
  12. 1Cooking spoon Red oil
  13. Knorr
  14. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and put in a Pot on heat ur Beef,Stockfish and season with Kmorr,salt and onions and boil on its own stock.

    Add more water and boil till done.

    Wash the dry fish and shrimp.

  4. 4

    Pick all ur leaves, wash and blend together.

  5. 5

    Add the blended leaves to ur meat and add oil,crayfish, remaining Onion,,oil and knorr and allow to simmer for some time.

    Taste for salt and correct accordingly,add little water if u feel its too thick.

    Ur Black Soup is ready. Server with any swallow of choice.
