    Wash your meats and par boil for 15 minutes.add your red oil,when it's boiling add pepper,crayfish. Allow to boil very well

    Then add the shredded uziza leaf,allow for 5 mins & add the oha leaf and stir.then cover and boil for mins.

    Then add your achi,and be stirring at intervals,add your egusi,add your Maggi and salt
