Palm nut soup/ ofe akwu Palm nut soup/ ofe akwu
I love food lol but my favorite soup of all, is this beautiful palm nut soup. The flavor of the palm nut is indescribable and delicious 😋! The palm tree is just amazing that you can get wine from it and it’s no low class wine either! Palm oil is a must for a lot of Igbo dishes and of course the palm nut soup 🍜 is time consuming but so worth it ! ifuchi -

Low Effort Red Lentil Vegetable Soup Low Effort Red Lentil Vegetable Soup
This is recipe is great, if you are looking for a low effort, nutritious soup.Tips:💡 I like my soup almost like a puree. If you prefer less chunky texture, add more hot water gradually. While adding water, check the salt and add in if neccessary.💡Adding cumin will help you eliminate the gasiness of lentils (funny but true and easy on the stomach 😉)💡If you prefer a lighter recipe, I recommend only using olive oil and skipping step 7 & step 8. mozgl
