Ingredients

  1. Hand peel of egusi
  2. Red oil
  3. Dry fish
  4. Goat meat
  5. Stock fish
  6. Pepper
  7. Crayfish
  8. cubeKnorr
  9. Onion
  10. Salt
  11. Tomato paste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your stockfish,Dry fish, goat meat properly.

    Soak the egusi with small water and keep, peel and slice your onions, blend your red pepper with crayfish.

    Get an empty and neat pot, add a little red oil put it on fire,do t allow it to bleach, Add salt,Onion,Tomato paste and steer,keep stairing until you get it properly fried,Add the egusi and steer also.

    Add your stock shortly, put your pepper and crayfish, don't forget to add knorr cube.

    Then add your vegetable or bitter leaf as you desire.
