Wash rice and parboil,set aside in a colander

Blend 1 bulb of onion and ata rodo roughly and stir fry together with Tomatoe paste and add 1 drop of soaked potash to kill the sour taste.

Put in beef, water, and seasoning to the tomatoe paste cover and allow to boil.

When beef is tender then add parboiled rice and allow to cook.

At the last minute add in diced carrots,chopped onion and green peas,turn off cooker, cover and steam.
