Ingredients

  1. 3tubers of medium sized potatoes
  2. 4seeds of tomatoes
  3. 5seeds of fresh pepper
  4. 1small onion bulb
  5. 1knorr cube
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. 3eggs
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel, cut potatoes into desired shapes and sizes, pour in a sieve, add little salt and shake to. Then pour in a pan of oil on fire and fry till it's slightly golden brown and remove.

    Place a pan of oil on fire, add your diced onion and then your tomato and pepper then fry for like 5mins.

    Then break your eggs into a plate and whisk. Pour into the tomato and pepper mixture frying on fire.. And allow to rise then use your spoon to pieces it

    Your scrambled eggs is ready

  5. 5

    Serve with your fried potatoes. Still remain yours truly chef Emryson 😍😍
