Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, Seive the flour, add the baking powder, cynamon, nutmeg and Mix properly.

Melt the sugar in warm water and set aside.

Add butter to the flour and mix until the butter blends with the flour.
- 4
Add the milk, egg and vanilla flavor. Mix until uniformly mixed.

Add the melted sugar and mix properly. If the mixture is lose after mix the sugar a little water can be added.

When the dough is formed, cover and allow to stand for 30-60mins.

Knead, cut and fry.

Chinchin is ready.
