Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 2eggs
  3. Pepper paste
  4. Veg. Oil
  5. Spices
  6. Tumeric
  7. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice and perboil, add the perboiled rice in a pot, add 1 teaspoon tumeric, pinch of salt and some boiled water, set on fire and let it steam till it's well colored and done.

  2. 2

    In another pan, add oil, pepper and saute, add spices, seasoning,break in eggs and let it cook.serve with the rice.
