Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchcauliflower
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Onion
  4. Garam masala powder
  5. Seasoning
  6. leavesPowdered curry
  7. pinchTurmeric powder
  8. Garlic
  9. Veg. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop cauliflower and wash with vinegar and strain.

  2. 2

    Boil the chopped cauliflower in a little amount of water and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Grate onion, Scotch bonnet and garlic together.

  4. 4

    Preheat little veg. Oil in a pan, add grated onion, garlic and scotch bonnet and stir fry. Add the cauliflower and stir again.

    Add Garam masala seasoning, turmeric powder and seasoning. Allow to simmer for min and serve.
