Moi moi & pap

I'm not really a fan of anything made with beans, but if I have to eat moi moi, it has to be palm oil moi moi. Thanks to Omy for the recipe.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Soak beans, wash, and remove the back. Blend or grind with onions and fresh pepper.
- 2
Add crayfish, add blended ginger and garlic, mix the seasoning cubes and salt with hot water to dissolve instantly, pour in the beans, add palm oil as required/desired.
- 3
Add the required quantity of warm water....Mix with a spatula (do not over mix to avoid being watery), pour in moi moi bowls or nylon (I used nylon)
- 4
Double the nylon and tie very tight to avoid bursting in the pot when cooking. Put in a pot of hot boiling water... Cover and allow to cook for over 1hr. Turn off heat when moi moi is ready and allow to cool down.
- 5
For the pap, put raw pap in a bowl, add little water and dissolve. Pour hot boiling water into it and stir until it becomes thick.
- 6
Serve moi moi along with the pap. Your meal is ready! Enjoy!

Palm nut soup/ ofe akwu Palm nut soup/ ofe akwu
I love food lol but my favorite soup of all, is this beautiful palm nut soup. The flavor of the palm nut is indescribable and delicious 😋! The palm tree is just amazing that you can get wine from it and it’s no low class wine either! Palm oil is a must for a lot of Igbo dishes and of course the palm nut soup 🍜 is time consuming but so worth it ! ifuchi -

Yukhoe-Style Tuna Yukhoe-Style Tuna
Actually, I'm not really that fond of tuna, but I can eat it when prepared this way. When I had a part-time job, a local shop had a yukhoe-style tuna carpaccio dish, so I wanted to try to make my own version of it.Tianmianjiang has a subtle flavor, but if you don't have any, you can also use red miso. If you like spicy food, you can also use gochujang or doubanjiang. Recipe by kobari cookpad.japan -

COUSCOUS SALAD COUSCOUS SALAD
November 1st is a WORLD VEGAN DAY… so I tried to make some food that isn't only for Vegetarians, but also healthy for everyone. This time I cooked "COUSCOUS SALAD". I got this recipe after searching information from many sources on the internet. Throw together a filling and fragrant couscous salad for a vegetarian lunchbox meal, or double it for a buffet.Very flavorful alternative to beans and rice. Vegetables and beans add texture and colour to couscous salad. This couscous salad has a spicy - sweet flavor that comes from the dressing.I'm sorry if there is anything that does not fit/wrong in this recipe ... and I'm ready to accept criticism and suggestions in order to improve my skill in cooking. Since my family was concerned about the smell, they wouldn't eat seared tuna, but I made it easier to eat by pouring heated sesame oil on top.If you heat the sesame oil too strongly, it could light on fire, so be careful not to leave the pan unattended. Recipe by *MojiMoji* cookpad.japan -
