Ingredients

  1. Beef (cut in chunks)
  2. Onions (cut in chunks)
  3. Red tomatoes (cut in chunks)
  4. Garlic (grated)
  5. Veg.oil
  6. Table spoonoyster sauce
  7. Table spoondark soy sauce
  8. TeaspoonWorcestershire sauce
  9. Tea spoonketchup
  10. cubesSeasoning
  11. Spices
  12. Some yajin daddawa

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except the onions and red tomatoes.Mix well and put in the fridge for 30mins to marinade.

  2. 2

    Wet skewers with water.

  3. 3

    Stick your beef onions and tomatoes to the skewers (one beef chunk one tomatoes another beef chunk then onion).

  4. 4

    Place on a rack and grill over a coal basting occasionally with the left over marinade untill its done.
