Cooking Instructions

Add the sieve flour,salt,baking powder in a big bowl mix well,add in d butter mix well again and be adding water litter at a time to form a dough,Wrap the dough in a clinq film,put in a friedge for 10-15 munites

While ur Dough is resting in friedge,then prep ur minced meat fillings,add 2tbsp veg.oil in a sauce pan,add the crushed ginger,garlic stir for munites,add the chopped onions stir again then add the minced meat continue stiring,when the meat is cooked,add the chopped vegetables,add in the spices and seasoning stir cover to simmer for 2 munites and take off the heat,and set aside.

Bring out ur Dough roll,cuts,add the minced meat fillings, brush the inside edges with whisked egg cover 5he bread press the edges with tip of ir fingers to make it stick to each other

Repeat the procedure finish all ur Dough and fillings,egg wash,put in a pre heated oven,bake for 20-25munites or untill golden brown,remove from the oven and brush the bread with melted butter.

Beef bread is best serve with tea or juice.

I've never liked store-bought curry bread. (They're too spicy for me, don't have a lot of solid ingredients in the filling, and goopy cold roux is not nice). So although this is very derivative, I've been making this chock-filled, chunky curry bread for about 10 years. I made these for the first time in a while since my husband requested them. I'm writing out the recipe for a friend, who asked me for it some time ago. I'm sorry it took me so long to upload it.You can use anything you like in the filling. (The ingredients listed are things I like, especially the spinach and noodles). If there's too much filling and it's hard to wrap the dough, reduce the amount of filling. I wrap them in my own way. I have small hands, so whenever I wrap filling in dough (for anpan sweet bean buns, or steamed bao etc.) I always use this method. Use whatever method works best for you.
