I used a recipe from a cookbook and omitted the butter and decreased the vegetable oil for a healthier result.Homemade samosa wrappers are seriously delicious! You can fill them with whatever you want. If you use ground meat, it will harden just a bit when cooled so it's easy to work with.If you don't want to use oil in the wrappers, I recommend this recipe -.
