Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash soaked moth dal
Put in pressure cooker with 2 cup of water - 2
Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt
Stir..close cooker lid.put on high flame gas - 3
Wait till one whistle and shift on small gas stove
Cook for 10 minutes on low flame - 4
Release pressure,put dal in a sieve to release rest water if any
Let it cool.Keep moth dal in a big bowl - 5
Add diced veggies, lemon juice, salt, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, some salt and chaat masala
Mix well and serve
