Ingredients

  1. Ugba
  2. 4medium size of garden eggs
  3. 4medium size of tomatoes
  4. 4medium size red bell pepper
  5. 2laps of chicken
  6. 16 slicesYam
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 cubeseasoning
  9. leafUtazi
  10. Onions
  11. Palm oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and dice the garden eggs, tomatoes, pepper, onions

  2. 2

    In another pot cut the yams, waah, and boil in a clean salted water

  3. 3

    Pour palm oil in a pot, add onions, fresh tomatoes, pepper allow to steam. Add the maggi cubes and stir

  4. 4

    Add the chicken and allow to steam for two minutes, then add the garden egg,.put off the gas

  5. 5

    Serve and garnish with the utazi leaf.
