Fried rice with vegetable source and cucumber juice

Cooking Instructions

Parboiled rice, wash drain and set a side

In a cooking pot, pour vegetable oil, add the chopped veggies including the green peas and curry powder and stir fry

Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste, add thyme stir add parboiled rice into the stir fried veggies and stir well to evenly distribute the veggies all round the rice.

The curry powder will give it a green yellowish look and then add little amount of water cover and allow to boil until rice is well cooke

For the source sliced put little oil in the pot for fry then add scotch bonnet pepper then add your veggies until golden brown and seasoning cubes and salt.

For juice add cucumber and lime to blend it after you blending it stir add sugar or Honey then served it

I also use cucumber tomatoes and onions for garnishing

That was what got me making this ^ ^When making the scrambled egg, if you're using a Teflon non-stick pan, you don't need oil.If the rice is soft it has too much moisture, and won't become crumbly. So I recommend using regular to firm rice.When making multiple servings, it's a bit of a pain, but I recommend limiting how much you make to 2 servings at once. It cooks more efficiently this way.
