Ingredients

  1. 1 cupthick poha
  2. 1big sized onion
  3. 2 tbspchopped green coriander
  4. 2 tbsppeanuts
  5. 1/2 tbspmustard seed
  6. 1chopped green chilli
  7. 5-10curry leaves
  8. 1/2 tbssugar
  9. 2 tbslemon juice
  10. 1 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadhai add ghee after that roast peanuts and add mustard seeds.

  2. 2

    After that crackle the mustard seeds, add curry leaves stir for 1 min now add onion saute for 4-5 mins.

    Now add green chilli, peanuts, coriander, lemon juice, sugar and salt and cook for 5-6 mins.

    Now serve hot.
