    Boil the cocoyam till soft. Peel and pound. Wash meat, stockfish, season and boil. Wash the bitterleaf with hot water.

    Add the cocoyam into the boiling meat stock. Add ogiri, red oil, crayfish and the remaining ingredients. Cover and let it boil till it thickens. Add bitterleaf, Maggi and salt, soup is ready.
