    Soak and wash the beans to wash off the back and blend.

    Blend pepper,tatasi,onion,ginger,garlic,and crayfish.pour in the blended beans add groundnut oil,salt,seasoning cubes,and curry.

    Rinse the moimoi plate rub palmoil in it and pour in the beans mixtue.

    Put sticks in the pot pour in water and boil put in the moi moi plates and cover to boil for 45minutes.

    Note:rrubbing palmoil helps the moimoi not to stick on the plates when is done.
