Ingredients

  1. 4 cupswhite beans
  2. Fresh Pepper
  3. 2big onions
  4. Crayfish
  5. Eggs
  6. Fresh fish
  7. 1 tablespooncurry
  8. Thyme
  9. cubeSeason
  10. Vegetable oil
  11. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Washpeel your beans, Pepper, onions and crayfish

  2. 2

    Season and boil your fish with curry, thyme,and 1 season cube, boil your eggs too

  3. 3

    Blend/Grind the beans along with pepper, onions and crayfish

  4. 4

    In a big clean bow pour in the Blended/Grinded beans using a wooden spoon mix well

  5. 5

    Add warm water little at a time to your desire thickness this is to make it soft

  6. 6

    Now add your season cube salt little curry and stir together add the fish stock taste to adjust to your taste

  7. 7

    Now add in some beating eggs, 100ml of vegetable oil

  8. 8

    Oil your plate if that's what you want to use, add in the mix moi moi add your fish and egg

  9. 9

    Set your pot on fire add water to your pot cover and allow to boil now add the moi moi cover very well

  10. 10

    Cook for 35 minutes don't forget to check for water occasionally

  11. 11

    Once done allow to cool off and your moi moi is ready to be serve
