  2. Onion
  3. Groundnut oil for frying
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Pepper
  6. leavesScent
  7. Salt
  8. cubeKnorr

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash and cut your carrot, tomatoes, pepper and onion

  2. 2

    Place your non sticky frying pan on fire, add your oil for 1min and add your onions and allow for 2mins.

    Add your tomatoes, pepper and fry for 5mins, add salt to taste and your knorr cube, l then add your carrot and stir for 5 more mins and your carrot sauce is ready.then slice scent leaves and add up to it Serve with, rice, yam or potatoes
