Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 2tblspn of yeast
  3. 1/4 cupsuger
  4. 1and 1/4 cup of warm Water
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl Mix all dry ingredients together,add water and mix well to make a thick batter

  2. 2

    Cover it to rise for an hour

  3. 3

    After it has rise, deflate the batter and mix well, heat oil and fry in a low heat till golden brown. Enjoy cold or hot
