Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 bunchChaulai finely chopped
  2. 1/4 cupMoong dal
  3. 1 tablespoonOil
  4. 1 tspCumin seeds
  5. 1 pinchAsfoateida
  6. 3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  7. 1Onion finely chopped
  8. 2Green chillies finely chopped
  9. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1 pinchTurmeric powder
  11. 1/4 tspCoriander powder
  12. To tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a wok and add oil in it. Add cumin seeds and asfoateida in it.

    Now add Onion and garlic in it and saute for few minutes.

  3. 3

    When Onion changes it's colour add green chilli.

  4. 4

    Now add chopped chaulai leaves and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Add moong dal and mix everything properly.

  6. 6

    Add all the spices and mix it well.

  7. 7

    Add salt as per your taste and mix it

  8. 8

    When chaulai leaves and moong dal turns soft turn off the flame.

  9. 9

    Your chaulai and moong dal sabji is ready to serve.
