Ingredients

  1. Assorted meat (goat,beef,shaki,kpomo)
  2. Smoked fish, stock fish, crayfish, perewinkles
  3. Cocoyam (boiled and pounded)
  4. Palm oil
  5. cubesSalt and seasoning
  6. leavesOha
  7. Onions, pepper (blended)
  8. Local spices

Cooking Instructions

    Wash all your meat, fish and all then boil meat with onions, pepper, salt and cubes till almost done then add the fish, stockfish and the rest of the protein to cook tasty for a few more minutes then add your crayfish, palm oil and let it boil to the point where everything is mixed in.

    Add your pounded cocoyam paste and allow to cook and thicken the fluid, local spice taste that the salt and cube is appropriate and balance where less then add your washed and roughly cut oha leaves to it, stir and turn off heat so it's fresh.

    Enjoy with preferred swallow! Hmmm! Yum
