Stuffed sweet potatoe drumsticks

at 4:30 cming back from school this was the only easiest recipe my head could think of😉at first i have a doubt of may be it will taste too sweet or is wont be as tasty as i want to but hey😍i was speechless after having my first bite,Alhamdulilah it taste so delicious my fam enjoyed it

Ingredients

  1. 2medium sized sweet potatoes
  2. 3scotch bonnet
  3. 1/4 cupflour
  4. 1/2small onion
  5. 1/2 sachetThyme
  6. Chopped persely
  7. Seasonings of choice
  8. For the meat stuffing
  9. 6cuts of beef meat(cooked with seasonings)
  10. 6scotch bonnet
  11. 2 tablespoonoil
  12. 1small onion
  13. Chopped persely
  14. Thyme
  15. Curry
  16. to tasteSeasonings
  17. For the coating
  18. 1 cupsquashed cornflakes
  19. 2eggs
  20. 3 tablespoonflour
  21. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash ur s/potatoe,arrange them into a pot add water nd sprinkle a little amount of salt,and let it cook for good 15-20mins,onced cooked allow it to cool and peel off the backside

    For your meat,i used mortar to mince my meat,in a pan add the oil +onion and your meat stir fry for 3 mins,then add your scotch bonnet and thyme followed by your seasonings to taste, and spices continue stir frying till well cooked then sprinkle your persely and turn off heat allow it to cool.

    Use a masher and mash your potatoes,add your scotch bonnet and mix very till well combined,and here they are all ready

    Add your seasoning,+onion,persely to your mashed potatoes and mix

    Add the flour and mixx very well,

    Grease your palms with oil,and pinch a good amount of the mashed S/ potatoe, and do as shown here

    Gently mould and make a drumstick shape,repeat till all are finished(note:u can make small small ones)

    Ready for coating

    Dip ur potatoe drumstick in flour nd coat them very well,then dip in egg wash

    Then use ur hands to dip them in the flakes till nicely covered like shown here,pour a little amount of oil in a pan,not too much oil pls

    Dip fry them,nd flip when done till all the sides are well fried and tanaaa
