Ingredients

  1. 1whole cabbage
  2. Per boiled Rice
  3. minced meat
  4. Eggs
  5. Seasoning
  6. Onions
  7. Attarugu
  8. Tomato paste
  9. Foil paper

Cooking Instructions

    Per boil rice and set aside. Cut the egde of cabbage and boil in water until soft

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl. Add grated attarugu and onions to your already boiler and minced meat

  3. 3

    Add spices (to desired taste) and egg and mix altogether

  4. 4

    Add mixture to rice

  5. 5

    Gently separate the leaves of cabbage from whole to make the rolls. Add the filling in cabbage leaves and roll.

    In a pot add tomato paste, onions attarugu and water to kind of make a soup (ensure that the water is not too much just enough to cover up the rolls) add spices to taste. Place rolls in the tomato mixture and cover with a cabbage leaf and foil paper. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes.
