Ingredients

  1. 250 gmprawns washed
  2. as neededOil for frying
  3. For marination:
  4. 1 tbspcorn flour
  5. 1 tbspmaida / aall purpose flour
  6. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  7. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  9. 1 lemon'juice
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. For sauce:
  12. 1 tbspoil
  13. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  14. 1/2 tbspchopped ginger
  15. 2green chillies
  16. 1chopped capsicum
  17. 1chopped onion
  18. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  19. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  20. 1 tspchilli sauce
  21. 1 tbsptomato sauce
  22. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the prawns with lemon juice, salt, soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper, corn flour and maida. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan, gently drop the prawns and fry in medium flame until golden brown.

    Heat oil in a wok, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for 1 minute.

    Add chopped onion and saute. Add capsicum and saute for 1 minute.

    Add salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.
