Ingredients

3 person
  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1 tspblack mustard
  4. 8-10curry leaves
  5. 1/4 cupgram pulse soaked
  6. 1/2 cupground nuts
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 glasswater
  9. 1/4 cupoil
  10. 2green chilli chopped
  11. to tasteSalt according
  12. as neededcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan roast the semolina till aromat.

    Take oil and crackle the mustard, curry leaves,then ground nuts and take out in plate.now fry onions, green chilli.

    Now put cook soaked chana dal,salt,turmeric powder,then add semolina and add water slowly and cook it well.

    It will turn very smooth texture and well cooked,turn the flame off,now garnish with roasted ground nuts, curry leaves and coriander leaves and give a new taste with handi curd (salty) and eat well.
