Ingredients

  1. Dough recipe
  2. 15 gsugar
  3. 50 mlwater
  4. 7 gactive yesast
  5. 70 mlmilk
  6. 5 gsalt
  7. 1egg
  8. 250 gflour
  9. 15of butter
  10. 4the glazing
  11. 1/2 cupcocoa powder
  12. 1/3 cupmilk
  13. 1/4icing sugar
  14. Oil
  15. Warm water
  16. Condensed milk
  17. Powdering milk

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add ur sugar,yeast,water,milk,salt and mix properly bcox you are using an active yeast so add directly to the flour nd its still going to be perfect

    Add ur egg to mixture nd when d sugar malted add ur flour nd mix properly knead dough for 10mint

  3. 3

    After kneading d dough add ur butter by rubbing it on dough nd knead properly for another 5 mint

  4. 4

    After kneading d dough, the dough might turn sticky sprinkle some flour on it nd tuck it till you geta smooth surface

  5. 5

    Cover with a nice wet cloth or leader for 30mint

    After 30m the dough would. Double in size,then cover again for another 30mint

  7. 7

    Roll out ur dough not too flat

    Cut out with a doughnut cutter nd proof the for 20 mint den fry in a low heat

  9. 9

    For d glaze,

    In a bowl add ur cocoa powder,milk, oil,icing,warm water nd mix it well

  11. 11

    For milky glaze, in a bowl add condensed milk, nd powdering milk nd mix it 2gedar
