Simple Garlic & Aonori Chicken Tender Piccata Simple Garlic & Aonori Chicken Tender Piccata
I love chicken tender piccata, so I came up with a Japanese-flavor version. The mustard is optional.I recommend rock salt or natural salt to sprinkle on top at the end.If you cover the chicken completely with the flour and then dip in the egg mixture, it'll keep the coating on. Also I recommend heating the teflon frying pan well. To keep the chicken from burning and the coating from coming off, add some oil to the pan. Recipe by naonaos cookpad.japan -

When family members gather, I often make a large plate of fried chicken and it is "finished" in the blink of an eye.For fried chicken, wings and drumsticks are the most delicious parts. The crust is crispy and crumbly together with the tender and sweet meat. Perfect to be served with tomato and chili dipping sauce! ^_^ (contributed by Heina Phuong) cookpad vietnam -

Today, I’m sharing the panko crispy fried tofu. I will also show you how to make the salt and pepper powder that does very well with the fried tofu. The panko layer makes the tofu super crunchy and crispy on the outside but the inside is still soft and warm. The panko crispy fried tofu tastes delicious when you dip it in the homemade salt and pepper powder. Julie - Mrs. Lin's Kitchen -
Chicken Fricasse Chicken Fricasse
I love the traditional long simmered chicken Fricasse with bone in chicken parts and a egg thickened cream sauce full of fresh vegetables but was looking for a way to speed things up and lighten the dish a bit. This version I came up with is quick and really delicious. Serve it with rice, pasta or potatoes or just crusty bread to dip in the sauce. fenway
