Ingredients

  1. 320 gFlour
  2. 1 teaspoonSalt
  3. 1Butter(Simas)
  4. 2eggs
  5. 2 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  6. Water
  7. Oil
  8. Carrot, Green pepper, onions,red pepper, arrish, meat
  9. Spices

Cooking Instructions

    Put ur flour into a bowl add a teaspoon baking powder and salt then mix. Also add ur butter and mix it well till it change to a yellowish color,add some bitted egg to it and mix very well then pure some little water to make it soft and mix till it become mix.

    Cut ur arrish, green pepper, carrot onions, into small size and cooked with some ingredient into it till it's done, keep aside and also cook ur meat till its soft and mash it, fry ur mash meat (arrish, green pepper, carrots, onions and red pepper)add ur ingredients into it with a little oil and fry well. Mix a little water and flour turn it into the mash meat ur frying live for 2mint and ur done with it.

    Here we goes with the refiling meat, put in to rolled flour and cut with a meat pie cutter and robe some egg on it and fry or bake into the oven and it all done.
