Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 2 tspghee for moyan
  3. 1/2 tspcarrom seeds/ ajwain
  4. 1/4 tspsalt according to taste
  5. As neededWater as required

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl. Add all ingredients mix well.add water make a soft dough.make a ball.roll it..thick roti.

    Heat tva. Put roti.few second.turn..make pinch on roti surface as a design as following pic..cook..turn cook.spread ghee..
