Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong Dal
  2. 1/4 cuppumpkin
  3. 1/4 cupgourd
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1 tspnigella seeds
  6. 1red chilli
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. To tastesalt and sugar
  9. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add pumpkin and gourd and fry with salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add moong dal and water allow to boil. when moong dal is cooked properly switch off the gas. serve hot with rice
