Cooking Instructions

In oil add methi and crushed ginger.add sliced onion fry for a min add mutton and fry until color changes

Add 1 glass ofwater and cook until half done.
- 3
Add red chilli powder,half roasted masala and tomatoes. Mix well and cook until done all water evaporates.
- 4
Bhonify well.sprinkle chaat masala.remaining roasted masala. Green chillies and let it simmer for 5 min.
