Ingredients

  1. 250 grampaneer
  2. 1medium size onion
  3. 1 cupmixed capsicum (red, yellow and green)
  4. 3/4 cupcurd
  5. 2 tablespoongram flour {besan}
  6. 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 teaspooncarom seeds
  8. 1/2 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  10. 1lemon juice
  11. 1/2 teaspoonchat masala
  12. 4 tablespoonoil
  13. 4skewers
  14. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the paneer into 1-inch squares.

    Halve the onion and remove each layer one by one.
    Diced the capsicum into a square shape.

    Keep the veggies and paneer aside.Heat a pan and roast gram flour for 5 minutes.

    Add 2 tablespoon oil and roast again for 2 minutes. Now add turmeric powder and mix well.

    Keep aside for let them cool. Take a bowl and add curd and red chilli powder, carom seeds, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt, chat masala and mix well.

    Add roasted gram flour mixture and mix well. Add paneer cubes, onion cubes, and capsicum cubes and mix well. Leave it for marinating for 30 minutes

    Thread a piece of paneer by following onion and capsicum on a skewer. Grease a pan with one tablespoon oil. Place the prepared paneer tikka on the pan and cook on a medium flame till they golden brown from all sides.
