Ingredients

  1. 1 packetdumpling skin
  2. 200 gminced pork (slightly fat)
  3. 4 pcwater chestnuts
  4. 1 handfulchopped spring onions
  5. 1 handfulchinese coriander
  6. 1 table spoonsoy sauce
  7. 1 table spooncorn flour
  8. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper
  9. 1 blockchicken stock cube or chicken bone soup

    Firstly marinade your minced meat with corn flour, soy sauce and white pepper.

    Chop up your waterchest nuts,spring onions and mix it into the minced meat.

    Open the pack of dumpling skin and using a spoon, get a table spoonful of your meat mixture and place it in the center of the dumpling skin.

    Next fold the dumpling skin in half and wet the sides of the dumpling opening with your fingers so that they sticks. try to give them folds to so it will hold better when cooking in the soup.

    Get a boil on your chicken broth and carefully place each dumpling in with a scoop.

    Sprinkle in some spring onions and with a side of sweet soy sauce or regular soy sauce. it’s ready to be served!
