Ingredients

  1. 100 gground pork
  2. 15Dumpling wrapper
  3. Some celery
  4. 1 tspflour
  5. 1 tspsoy
  6. Pinchwhite pepper
  7. 1egg white

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate pork with soy, white pepper, flour, egg white.

  2. 2

    Mix it very sell, until it is properly combine, then leave it for 15 mins.

    Scoop one tsp pork mixture into dumpling then cover it.

  4. 4

    Boil one glass water, then cook dumpling for 8-10 mins.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle celery before serve.
