Egg Noodle With Chicken Pork Chunk And Fried Shrimp Dumplings

Originally in Indonesia, this is called pangsit mie. Pangsit means dumplings, ayam means chicken and mie means noodle. And there are plenty of combination for this dish.
This, is a combination between pork, chicken in soy and ginger sauce, and because I've already kept my shrimp dumplings in the fridge..it is time to deep fry them.

Cooking Instructions

Marinade the chicken and pork loin with garlic, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar for about 10 minutes, then sauteed with ginger and last, add sesame oil.

Fry the shrimp dumplings

In a serving bowl, add soy sauce, mushroom sauce, fish sauce, salt and pepper, then on top of it is the boiled noodle, boiled bokchoy, fried dumplings, and the chicken pork chunk.

After boiling bokchoy, add some salt and pepper in the water and sprinkle with spring onion to become the soup.
